Rope Flow
RopeFlow is a discipline that involves rotating a rope around the body, moving in sync with it through various rotational patterns. This practice teaches us to create synergy and fluidity in our movements, integrating them in a three-dimensional way: above, below, right, left, front, and back. It is an excellent tool for simultaneously improving coordination, mobility, strength, and agility. With RopeFlow, we train not only the body but also the brain, enhancing communication between the two cerebral hemispheres (synapses). The movement patterns learned through RopeFlow directly transfer to everyday activities like walking and to athletic gestures such as running, throwing/striking, lifting/carrying, changing direction, and much more.

Barefoot Training
Foot activation, reflexive core stabilization, and sensorimotor homunculus remapping.
The foot, as the only point of contact between the body and the ground, is a crucial functional and sensory organ that is often overlooked.
This complex structure plays a fundamental role in how our body interacts with the environment and responds during dynamic movement.
It is important to stay "grounded" – with your feet firmly on the ground! Increasing foot-to-ground contact and incorporating barefoot training can bring numerous benefits to everyone, especially athletes.
It has been proven that barefoot training increases muscle strength and endurance, stability, proprioception, and coordination. Enhancing these components also reduces the risk of injury.
FMS – Functional Movement ScreenING
FMS (Functional Movement Screen) consists of a series of motor tests that assess an individual's ability to perform fundamental functional movements. It is a standardized, reliable, and repeatable tool that helps identify key areas of deficiency or poor motor control, movement limitations, or asymmetries. Fundamental functional movements are non-sport-specific movements that every individual should be able to perform: mobility, stability, and coordination skills. The greater the movement competence, the more efficient training sessions and overall performance will be, reducing the risk of injuries and overload. When combined with OSTEOPATHY, FMS enhances its effectiveness in identifying imbalances—not only motor-related but also organic—seeking an active and conscious solution to dysfunctions. It is suitable for all active individuals from adolescence onward, especially competitive, professional, or amateur athletes
